Our esteemed customers, please note that until
such time as confirmation of services is received
from Travelmartindia.com, this is a Quotation
only and is subject to availability as no reservations
have been made.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
In order to confirm a reservation, Travelmartindia.com
requires a 20% non-refundable deposit immediately
on confirmation of all services and balance of
payment 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation outside 90 days will result in loss
of deposit
Cancellation at 90-0 days will be undertaken by
us at 100% of total cost
Kindly note, payments may also be made directly
to Travelmartindia.com's bank account. For details,
click here.
Travelmartindia.com reserves the right to cancel
all services booked should full payment not be
received 90 days prior to date of arrival.
Should it be a last minute booking, Travelmartindia.com
will allow for 5 days from time of confirmation
until payment reaches us before Travelmartindia.com
will cancel any services booked.
All foreign transactions may now attract an extra
3% handling fee over and above the bank's usual
exchange rate, which will be charged to your account
by your bank. Kindly confirm with your bank to
determine if this will affect you or not.
GENERAL NOTES
The rates quoted are subject to change without
prior warning, should there be any increases in
Park Fees, Fuel, Sales Tax or VAT, third party
services, or any other circumstances beyond our
control in the regions featured in this quote/booking.
All guests must take out comprehensive travel
insurance, covering them for personal effects,
personal accident, medical and emergency travel
expenses, cancellation and curtailment.
In order to comply with international insurance
requirements, all airline tickets must clearly
show the passenger's title, surname, name and
initials (as indicated in their passport). As
this applies to both scheduled and charter flights,
we at Travelmartindia.com would be grateful if
you could provide us with this information at
the time of confirmation.
In order to comply with International Insurance
requirements, India Safaris and Tours can only
reserve seats, be it on a provisional or confirmed
basis, on both domestic/scheduled or charter flights.
Dietary Requirements: should our honored guests
to India have any special dietary requirements,
Travelmartindia.com requests you to inform us
of the same at the time of making reservations
so we can communicate these specific meal requirements
to the respective establishments where you shall
be staying and assure your dining pleasure, throughout
your Indian sojourn.
Gratuities: Tipping is at your discretion.
However management of the establishment will be
able to assist with guidelines about appropriate
amounts, upon request.
